For tented events, first floor rental must accompany ground rental. The entire first floor of the Mansion and the grounds is $4500 for a ten hour event (10 PM curfew).

Venue rental cost is for the venue only. Catering services, tent, outdoor furniture, trailered bathrooms, etc. are contracted by you separately. To protect the wood floors of the Mansion, tables and chairs for indoor use are supplied by the Township, and included in the rental price.

*Single package rentals in April/May/June and September/October/November will not be accepted more than 90 days in advance.


Westtown Township residents who are current in all municipal obligations, active members of U.S. Armed Forces, or qualifying 501(c)3 organizations are eligible to receive a 20% discount on Mansion rental fees. Applicants must provide documentation showing proof of residency, active military status, or charitable status under the law. Only one discount may be applied per event.
